Okendo is by far the best ratings/review app available for Shopify. The system seamlessly syncs with all necessary integrations, we haven't had a single issue with Okendo. The support staff is AMAZING, we specifically worked with Laura. Within 2 emails they she and her team set up multiple theme changes to implement some of their on-site displays. They matched our art-style perfectly and we didn't need a single revision.
Also, the Refer a friend system they recently announced is looking great. Keeping reviews and referrals together on one platform is a huge plus.
Have had nothing but amazing support from the team at Okendo. Great app for customer reviews, easy to navigate and any issues support will help you instantly.
