Okendo came recommended by our dev partner, and it has proven to be a significant upgrade over our previous product review platform. It also allows us the ability to syndicate our reviews to our retail partner sites and 3rd party marketplaces. Their support team is also very helpful.

We don't have a super straightforward Shopify store so the setup and onboarding for any app is often semi-complicated. Our Okendo onboarding expert Adrian was amazing--GREAT listener and problem-solver, quick to respond to questions, kept us on track to launch. Okendo as an app is flexible and easy enough for us to integrate our business, which we really love. And with Adrian's help, we're taking advantage of all Okendo has to offer.
Shiela has been extremely helpful in helping set up the Okendo integration with our site. She has been extremely responsive (even at odd hours) and very patient with all the requests I had for her. Her team never seized to amaze me as they made sure to address every concern I had and make our Okendo experience amazing!
