Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Alannah was extremely helpful in getting Okendo set up. Great reviews platform - easy to filter data and export reports.

If you are a new business starting out (like us) you must download and use Okendo. Reviews matter signficantly to other buyers and also to the business for feedback. The Okendo help support is great in case you are confused or need help with something. It easily integrates with Shopify. You can customize the reviews with your own branding. It is great!

We started using Okendo Reviews a few months ago and it has been a great experience. The app works fabulously with our site. Best of all the Okendo staff customized the look and feel of the reviews app to integrate seamlessly into our site. They've even done some big updates after we wanted some more tweaks. Their staff has been very supportive and helpful to any questions and issues we had. Great app, onboarding process, and response from their staff -- can't ask for much more from an app.

Okendo is an incredible tool for capturing and responding to customer reviews, plus answering customer questions. I feel so much more connected to the customer because of this app, and I highly recommend it to all businesses looking to build a community around their brand.

So happy with this product! I had been using Yotpo with other clients prior and had so many design issues and when I started my own brand I wanted something much more seamless and integrated with the design of our site. I had heard good things about Okendo and gave them a shot and wow, I'm thrilled I did! Customer support is also fantastic. 100% would recommend.
