A very complete system for review capture and placement on our site. Beautiful and well-designed widgets allow the reviews to populate wherever you would like them- and in so many different configurations. Super helpful in creating UGC and brand appeal on our site.

The set up and onboarding experience was seamless, Norma provided fantastic support and was responsive to any queries that came up. We have recently launch and chose Okendo due to the integrations with our tech stack and ability to highlight the authenticity and quality of our product via verified buyer reviews as we grow our brand.

Okendo has excellent customer support and the UI for both customers and admin are very clean. It also loads faster than any other review app I tried. There is no delay for the widgets to appear... something I find quite annoying with other apps. 10/10.
Love the integration with Postscript and Klaviyo. Being able to A/B test and use metrics on our own platforms is a huge plus over other alternatives. We're also stoked that through Okendo we discovered Rise.Ai for loyalty!
