Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Switched to Okendo about a year ago as a test site, and the results are amazing. Works seamlessly, sends customers coupons for pictures and videos in their reviews... Pricing is extremely competitive to the big boys. Loved working with Matt and his team. the support is non existent. no tel support and the chat goes to Philippines that do not know anything or provide wrong information. literary spent 8 hours trying to get an answer cause it is 11 am here but 3 am there and they go to sleep after every time they reply, and you need to continue messaging trying to wake them up!

Getting started is easy—and definitely wasn't expecting to hear from a person, not a bot! Still a bit of a learning curve (like any tool), but a few hours in and I'm already excited about the experience I can give customers
