We have recently migrated our loyalty program over to Okendo and have been blown away with the support we have been given from the team. Scott and Alannah always went above and beyond with helping us build, migrate and launch our program and we simply couldn't have done it without them. They stepped us through the process, and contributed a lot of time and resources to ensure we were ready to go under our 2 week turnover.
The Okendo app is incredibly more user friendly than our previous platform, Loyalty lion, and we have already seen developments in the backend, analytics and front end customisation since our launch and feel comforted about the speed of their developments and improvements.
Okendo is such a great platform. It allows us to keep track of all our reviews and they have a bunch of other cool features that makes engaging with our customers super smooth. Our Account Manager Amanda is great and super knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Okendo!
I was skeptical about Okendo when we first did an upgrade to all the bells and whistles. But now that we are using all the features, it made our website great and engaging especially to our most loyal customers. Great customer service as well. I had a recent optimization call with Laura Gomez and she helped me understand how to use the features even more.
