Our experience with Okendo has been significantly elevated since working with our new account manager, Laura Gomez. Her support has been instrumental in keeping us on track and ensuring we are using the platform to its full potential. Laura is proactive, highly knowledgeable, and thoughtful in her approach, taking the time to understand our brand, goals, and customer journey.
She has guided us through optimising our review flows, refining our strategy, and identifying clear opportunities to improve performance. In particular, her recommendations around timing, segmentation, and on-site placements have helped us build a stronger, more intentional review ecosystem and increase our conversion rate for customer reviews.

The app itself works really well and does exactly what it promises, but what truly stands out is the support. Have been using Okendo to collect high quality verified reviews. It's easy to sort and filter reviews on site, helping nudge customers to purchase. Our rep Kelsey is always available, helpful, and proactive at sharing new features.
I’ve been using Okendo for a while now, and honestly, the app itself is fine. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible — it does what it’s supposed to do.
But the customer service? Absolutely awful.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience deserves it.
Shiela, in particular, has been one of the most unhelpful support reps I’ve ever dealt with. She never replies on time, never follows up, and never actually resolves anything. I’ve been waiting three weeks for a simple update and she still hasn’t bothered to come back to me. It’s like sending messages into a void.
For an app that charges this much, you’d expect basic customer service — not radio silence.
At this point, I honestly don’t recommend Okendo at all. The tool might be okay, but if something goes wrong, good luck getting anyone to actually help you.
We use Okendo for Surveys, Reviews, and recently added in Quizzes. Everything is so user-friendly and quick/easy to launch without a developer. The team is so fast, responsive, and a pleasure to work with! Chelsea was able to get our quiz live within a week with all the design updates we needed, taking over project management entirely. Brittany, our CSM, proactively highlights new features and makes them easy to implement. Overall, Okendo offers high-touch support & guidance and has meaningfully improved our on-site experience.
I've really enjoyed using Okendo as our Reviews app for the past two years. It's easy to use, has great integrations and features and Okendo team members are always knowledgeable and willing to hop on a call to make sure that you are getting the best use from the app.

Okendo’s customer support is essentially “here are the docs, good luck.”
After almost a year as a paying customer, I contacted support because their Klaviyo review integration wasn’t working despite following the guides. Support confirmed there are no additional setup steps, no hands‑on troubleshooting, and no 1:1 help on my plan, only links back to documentation and group webinars.
If something breaks or isn’t intuitive, you’re on your own unless you upgrade. That’s not support; it’s deflecting the customers.
Really happy working with Okendo. We've used their Reviews, Loyalty and Quizzes features. We've always found the platform easy to use. Also really happy with our Customer Success Manager, Kelsey. She's really supportive, attentive, knowledgeable and responsive.
