The app is very easy to use, lots of options, even if you are not experienced with making newsletters, you will be able to learn how to make the most fabulous newsletter campaigns.

The customer service chat is very supportive. I have contacted them so many times because I was not familiar with so many things and didn't know what to do, but they have always been very patient and supportive. Thank you Mariia for your kind assistance and excellent advice.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Mariia and team definitely went above and beyond to get the problem resolved/ figured out.

I am by fair extremely content with the response she provided me and even more content with her customer service skills. Very kind, patient and understanding of the issue. Thank you so much Mariia.

If I ever have any issue again, I will not hesitate reaching back out to OmniSend Help as the process was super easy and quick.

I have tried multiple email services, but this one so far is the best customer support, and I love that it includes SMS. It integrates easily, and the features are awesome. I used to have multiple apps for various features I wanted on my website, but this one has everything. Customizing is also simple, and scheduling is easy, which is one thing I was looking for!

Eduarda was so on point, she helped me to fix my email sender issue that damaged my recipent volume and helped understand why photos doesnt show on the email marketing - she is great

Great support - didn't need it for any issue with the software just to check over an automation I had setup to make sure it was correct. They went above and beyond to help me fix an issue I had with it and get it working.

I'd say this is really great value for what you get.

I'll admit I was frustrated after getting an email about issues with my sender domain. I was sure that I had updated the settings and if it was still wrong, I didn't know why. Saleh with support offered to take a look and after reviewing the screen shot I sent, they guided me to exactly what next steps to take. I completed the updates successfully and felt really good at the support I got. Omnisend is responsive and super helpful! Saleh was professional and a wonderful help.

We have some DNS issues, but support team menbers(especialy Ms.Sanya) were very kindly and taught me how to set up for this.
Because we are using Japanese host provider and I dont have any knowledge. Then I think they are not easy to check this time.

But finally issues are cleared!
So many greatfull apriciate for this.

I am a beginner with Email marketing and ran into some issues during initial setup. Specifically, domain setup. I contacted my domain provider who was not helpful. I then contacted Omnisend themselves through the Chat option and Dilara was extremely knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue getting my domain verified very quickly. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. They answer all of your questions and make it clear that they are still available if needed afterwards.

I find Omnisend incredibly easy to use for managing my email list, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Recently I had an issue, and their support team was absolutely amazing.
