This app was good, untill they started deceiving their customers.
At first, the payment was based on how many emails and sms messages can you send, now they are doing some tricky way to take money from you, and they are charging on the amount of subscribers you have.
We have just 600 active subscribers, and they are charging us like we have 3000 +.
HIGHLY AVOID THIS APP!!!

Just getting started with Omnisend, and so far it's been a bit rocking getting the everything working properly. I am giving them 5 stars due to their excellent client response. With the issues we've had so far, they've been quick to get answers, and we haven't felt abandoned through the process. I am anticipating good things working with this platform.

Omnisend has truly made things easier for my business. Their articles are super helpful, and their customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. The platform is easy to use, especially compared to others I've tried like Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Shopify Email. As a startup, their pricing fits perfectly with my needs.
