Baarath and Johnny on the support team were able to help me set up what could be a very nightmareish backend domain configuration in e-mail marketing in a very smooth and quick process to my surprise. As a designer I didn't think this would be easy but so far I'm happy with the results.

Great!
App is awesome, customer service is 5/5.
The free plan lets you do quite a lot, I will not hesitate to upgrade when I reach the email limit.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Mariia, she helped me so much to solve my problems with the DNS of my email domain, and made me feel supported in every step of the process. It's so rare to find someone that dedicated and capable. I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been great. I have used a few different email automation apps in the past, and they were clunky to work with or didn't have the features I needed.

Today, I was trying to do something with my audience segments and couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to the customer service chat for help, not really expecting to get more than what I found in the troubleshooting articles.

But I was pleasantly surprised!

Kayque was incredibly patient while helping me figure out some logistics when it came to sign-up forms and audience segments. In the end, we were able to find a resolution for my inquiry. He answered all my questions and didn't quit until we figured it out together. I appreciate his determination to ensure I had all the info I needed to achieve my goal.
