Just switched over from a very widely used mail system and so far so good. There's a wizard that made the migration from the other platform nice and easy, although it took me a bit to figure out how to move the tags better.

I chose Omnisend because I think it has a lot of tools and I have managed to work through a few of them so far like welcome automation series and my first email campaign goes out shortly. Still lots of tools to explore - little bits here and there that I think would make it easier to use, but nothing is perfect perfect and customer services on the chat is helpful and tries their best to provide work arounds.

Highly recommended!

I used to use mail chimp. Soundest seems really a lot easier and more intuitieve. I'm looking forward to great results with this.

We dont send much newsletters, but with omnisend, they make it easy and its well explained. 5 stars!

I'm very impressed with omnisend so far. Most of it is really intuitive but when I had a question I reached out to customer support expecting a reply in a few hours. Oskar replied within minutes, and it wasn't the typical 'Hello, we received your message and one of our representatives will get back to you shortly". Nope - it was Oskar asking me to clarify my problem further so can help. This was around 11:00 pm EST. In the morning, I had more questions and he responded again within minutes! He answered all my questions, and helped me get a much better handle of the software. I'm excited to see everything else Omnisend has to offer. I'm really impressed so far!

I stumbled upon a few issue to set up the form and also certain technical issue that cause the form to look off, but upon the writing in to the support, they walked me through on the setup and when I had issue with the formatting, the support team, in this case the Bassma, has been very supportive in resolving the issue. Happy to be their customer knowing the support there to help resolving all the issues.
