I've been using this app for about 2 years now. I chose it because it was a more cost-effective option than Klayvio and because it integrates so well with Shopify. It makes it easy for me to maintain a consistent email marketing program, and deliverability has been excellent. Recently, I reached out to customer service to help me create a sunset sequence to clean my list of unengaged followers. It's unfortunate that a sunset workflow isn't already built in to the app, and I'll be honest - my first few attempts to get help from customer service were not great. But I persisted in asking questions and finally an agent named Kristina reached out to me and not only helped outline the workflow for me to copy, but created a Loom video to show me exactly how to do it. Now that's the meaning of customer service.
Easy to use and good service. Especially Kristina helped me fast and with patience :) I recommend Omnisend if you have a business!

It's perfect app for email automation, love the layout of the Pop up form and it's very easy to use and excellent customer service I highly recommend this app.
The Soundest app is very user friendly. The free version is great for my startup. It automatically imports your subscribers from your store into the app, and makes it very easy to create and send an email blast, and review your email stats.
