Very good app, easy to use, and set up with many useful integrations! I recommend it, since the launch of the shop in Shopify you should have it!
Came here from Mailchimp. Like that it has native integration with Shopify. Also did not like that M******* censors and deactivates accounts without notice. Omnisend has similar pricing, but a few more/better features. Automation creation is clean and straightforward. Audience management is nice, and campaign creation is fun in Omnisend. Very happy so far. Customer service is excellent—prompt replies, good attitude, and good knowledge of the system. Good help from Luiz, Kamilia and Tiana recently.

I "very" rarely write reviews, but the app is super easy to use and when I had a minor question, they replied in under 5 minutes to me and were very patient. Other apps i've tried either didn't work or they were rude/never replied at all.

Overall, we are very happy with this product! Very straightforward, easy to use and provides some really great insights - our investment so far in this has been totally worth it and are very happy with the support as well! A must have app for your E-commerce store :)
