I picked this app because it was one that integrates with Shopify and I'm so pleased I did, as it has every thing (its own apps, that integrate with everything else, like Facebook, Zapier etc). Lots of support and tons of explanatory videos. Very impressed!

I'm no longer art therapy now as I've changed my URL to reflect a more holistic online course provider. I read quite a few reviews on different email marketing apps and eventually decided to give Omnisend a try. It was relatively easy even for me, and I'm not super tech savvy when it comes to email campaigns. The templates are a godsend, and it's easy to upload graphics and send to customers in just a few minutes. I'm still using the free version but am thinking of upgrading. I'd recommend this to other business owners.

Beran is a great help! I had some issues with the email marketing campaign and its automation. But Beran was able not only to identify issues but also to record his screen and provide me with solutions in seconds. Well done, Beran! :)

The customer service provided by Omnisend is terrible. I can't recommend this expensive app to anyone. It's not that feature rich and when it started randomly generating discount codes, Valerie at Omnisend couldn't have been any less interested in providing support, instead insisting that I must have the discount code block enabled in a campaign (it wasn't) and not spending any time to understand what the actual issue was. Tried to first fob me off on to Shopify then reluctantly said she would try and speak to the tech team to see if it was "possible to investigate the issue". When I report an issue or have a concern as a paying customer, I expect it to be investigated without question and not with disinterest. Asked how I escalate my complaint and surprise, surprise, they don't even have an escalation process.

Found this app very user friendly which is great when you have so many other things to do. Really easy way to add products directly from your store to your emails too. Very much recommended by The Tiny Art Co.
