Great support - didn't need it for any issue with the software just to check over an automation I had setup to make sure it was correct. They went above and beyond to help me fix an issue I had with it and get it working.

I'd say this is really great value for what you get.

I am a beginner with Email marketing and ran into some issues during initial setup. Specifically, domain setup. I contacted my domain provider who was not helpful. I then contacted Omnisend themselves through the Chat option and Dilara was extremely knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue getting my domain verified very quickly. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. They answer all of your questions and make it clear that they are still available if needed afterwards.

I find Omnisend incredibly easy to use for managing my email list, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Recently I had an issue, and their support team was absolutely amazing. They responded immediately, asked all the right questions, explained what would happen next, kept me updated on the progress, and resolved the issue efficiently. Had some great support today from Saleh in the online chat helping me through verification and setting up of DNS records - which is way over my technical capabilities!
He explained everything very well and managed to get the problem sorted, and I was very grateful and impressed.

We just switched over from Privy to Omnisend and so far the customer support has been INCREDIBLE! I've had all my questions answered within a few minutes. Mathias in particular has been amazing!
