I must say I am super impressed with Omnisend, and I am so glad I chose them for my email marketing! I'm not very good with technology and was having an issue connecting my account to my domain. Kayque was very helpful (and patient!) and stayed with me until I got it all figured out! Great company, great product, and great customer service!

I have been loving Omnisend for all my automated emails and newsletters and their pricing is affordable. Their support is amazing, always able to solve my problem or at least find a work around. I chatted with Deniz today and he promptly solved my issue for me.

Always receive prompt support from the team. Technical issues beyond my skillsets with the domain provider stopped our campaign. Dilara was prompt and specific with what I needed to provide my host provider to get us up and running again. Thanks so much

That has to be the best support ive ever seen!

The App itself works amazingly well. Its easy to use and has a LOT of Features.

Worth every penny in my opinion.

But boy... that support is DE_LICIOUS!

I recently downloaded this app for my Shopify website Email Marketing. I have been requesting a demo of the app with no response. I sent several emails asking for help setting up the app no response.

I am now thinking of deleting the app and finding an email marketing app with better access to support. if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know thanks.

I'm new to Omnisend and read the documentation and watched a few videos but I had issues trying to combine discounts and understanding how to manage them. I contacted support late on a Friday afternoon not expecting a response right away and Eduarda replied to me and provided the solution in one response! Very happy so far and the quick, professional support, is great!
