Had a brief contact with Dilara with Omnisend's customer service team. The issue involved an error message and it was fairly complex. Dilara was able to diagnose and solve my problem in just a few minutes.
The Omnisend customer service team was very responsive and fast.

Sanya has been a big help in assisting me with setting up SMS. I am totally new to the SMS marketing world and was very confused and losing hope that I wouldn't have been able to get it to work. We've been using Omnisend for a few weeks now, and so far have been very happy with its capabilities. It does everything we need, and is much more affordable than Klaviyo.
Support is fast and – more importantly – human. In particular, Dilara has been very helpful.
