Omnisend truly has it all! It is beginner friendly and it top notch metrics that show how the app brings revenue to our store. The free plan version also includes so much as it is. It integrates seemlesly with Shopify. Their education libraries and blogs on marketing are also very helpful. What I love the most is their customer service. I always get quick replies from their team. Today especially Dilara went out of her way to keep following up with me, and even sent me a screen recording with instructions on how to fix my problem in under a couple minutes.

Currently, I would not recommend this app due to a serious issue that I have repeatedly brought to the attention of the support team, which they have refused to address meaningfully. I have been asking for weeks, and their solutions focus on what others are doing wrong rather than what Omnisend can do to fix the issue.

A specific problem to be aware of is that when sending coupons with a dark background, the expiry date, even when set to a light color, can sometimes turn black and become invisible. This causes significant confusion for customers and results in lost sales. If I could easily switch to another platform, I would have done so a while ago. Omnisend, please get your act together and address this issue.

Our system is built to deliver emails directly to the main inbox. However, inbox placement can vary depending on the recipient's settings. For example, in Gmail, emails may land in the Promotions tab if tabs are enabled, or they may be affected by strong spam filters. This is something neither we nor any email marketing platform can fully control.

It's important to note that the Promotions tab is part of the main inbox, not a spam folder, and many users actively engage with it.

I've been using Omnisend for a few years now and will say that the team who help you with technical issues and assistance are amazing, they are so patient and nothing is too much trouble.
I've not been impressed though with the implementation of the reviews section and believe there to still be missing features. I just feel like this section was rushed and not thought through properly from what a customer needs.
However, the team themselves have been so helpful and even though it was not possible to resolve all issues I have with the reviews section I still highly recommend this app and it's team.

This app has been so great for email marketing - for someone who is not the most tech savvy, the setup is seamless and makes creating campaigns and automations a breeze. I recently had a difficult time transitioning to a custom domain, but customer service was quick and ready to help. Beran was wonderful with helping step by step to fix this issue and was so kind and patient. I’m so glad to have omnisend for my business.
