THIS APP WOULD ONLY LET ME SUBMIT IF I GAVE IT 5 STARS REALITY 1 STAR just downloaded this app no instructions - so if you feel like tinkering with another email provider for an hour or so go ahead you have been warned - I think it is free but after start up it gives you 14 day trial so after 14 days you may/may not be charged.

Ever since Followermonkey dropped off, I was scrambling to find a viable solution. Well here it is. With interactive forms, scheduled campaigns, and all the statistics you could need, I can say that I'm not going anywhere. Great app, and worth the monthly fee.
Customer support is really nice! Diego was great with helping me understand automations. I like how fast the support is as well (and that it's included in the free plan)
update: I also want to mention Sanya! She was amazing with all my questions and was very thorough! Omnisend has been great to me.

Great app, works as advertised :) We have seen our abandoned cart recover go from 8% on stock Shopify abandoned cart automated email to 20% recovery rate using Omnisend three email abandoned cart series. The newsletter tool is very easy to use!
