The app for email mktng is the perfect match for my fashion ecommerce.
The customer service is amazing, right away answers, best problem solving ever! Though, I am frustrated as I cant afford up until now the payment plan fixed at 127/month, maybe they could offer a starters plan with more than 500 emails/month and less than the payment plan. a lower/starters fee for up to 3000 or 5000 mails, to be increased as the ecommerce scales Highly recommended!

Karine was awesome! She got straight to the solution I needed. Most of the time support agents try to have some small talk but I just want to get to my solution!

I had a very bad experience with Omnisend, They stopped providing me service, but did not refund my money
They advertise that their service is unlimited emails, but their definition of unlimited is x60 contacts, which they only note in a very small way on the pricing page.
They present a problem and do not provide a solution, they use too many technical words and do not explain it clearly so that users can handle their problem.
They unilaterally stopped sending emails without giving any prior notice or warning, I want to stop using the service and want a refund because I subscribed to the pro version for 1 month, but They let me use it for 10 days and stopped my service, asking for a refund which they ignored.

It's a really easy app to use, I can build beautiful emails easily and I have a template I copy each month so it is seamless. When I needed to ask for some help with a few domain queries, Maria was amazing and I wish I'd asked earlier! She had me sorted in 5 minutes flat. Great service and wonderful app.

i love Augustin, he is SUCH a pleasure and hardworker. Everytime I have a question, he always resolves my problem swiftly and directs me to the right path. I am not very technical but he always manages to explain things in simple language that I can understand and implement.

The platform is great, ive been using it for years. It does the job if you dont have technical background and want to keep things efficient and simple.

Omnisend is a robust app that I find to be a little less than intuitive personally since my marketing needs are pretty simple. However once I learned how to navigate it, it does what I need effectively and the shopify integration works. And most importantly, their customer service is fantastic and quickly helped me troubleshoot my issues. Shoutout to Karine for the help :)

Karine was super quick and helpful to resolve some issue we were having with the new email rules. We needed to get out an email campaign that day and had the issue resolved within minutes. Perfect customer service.

Beran is a great help! I had some issues with the email marketing campaign and its automation. But Beran was able not only to identify issues but also to record his screen and provide me with solutions in seconds. Well done, Beran! :)

The customer support is excellent! I had multiple questions on various topics including billing and automatcation, and Agustin was able to quickly answer each one. He even followed up a day later to see if anything else was needed. I sincerely appreciate their continued efforts and responsiveness.
