I had a very bad experience with Omnisend, They stopped providing me service, but did not refund my money
They advertise that their service is unlimited emails, but their definition of unlimited is x60 contacts, which they only note in a very small way on the pricing page.
They present a problem and do not provide a solution, they use too many technical words and do not explain it clearly so that users can handle their problem.
They unilaterally stopped sending emails without giving any prior notice or warning, I want to stop using the service and want a refund because I subscribed to the pro version for 1 month, but They let me use it for 10 days and stopped my service, asking for a refund which they ignored.

Great app that handles it all! The team is phenomenal and always makes sure any issues are handled quickly and efficiency. I have been using Omnisend for a few months only and I really enjoyed creating email campaigns on it. I needed some help today about "Sender Domains" and sent them an email. Beran immediately answered me with clear instructions, while being very patient and polite. I followed all the steps he guided me through until the problem was solved. I am pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and how smoothly the issue was fixed. Thank you!
Omnisend is a robust app that I find to be a little less than intuitive personally since my marketing needs are pretty simple. However once I learned how to navigate it, it does what I need effectively and the shopify integration works. And most importantly, their customer service is fantastic and quickly helped me troubleshoot my issues. Shoutout to Karine for the help :)

Omnisend is a great and very useful app.

So far I have loved Omnisend. It's one of the most user-friendly and intuitive apps. They have great templates to use for email campaigns. I love that you can visually see the email flow with your customers and which email they will receive after what times. Omnisend is one of my favorite apps that we use for our shop.
I struggled with my untech-savviness for pretty basic issues, but the team has been so helpful ! I partcularly want to highlight Matija's patience and preciseness. You are the MVP here and really, all is back to normal thanks to you! Keep up the amazing work :) and thanks again!
My favorite thing about his app is the excellent customer support. I have a lot of mixed feelings about Omnisend Email Marketing, and it is an app I have used for many many years.
Their platform is pretty good and relatively intuitive to use, but their charges are bad to the point where unless you're extremely attentive, it feels like a scam.
Omnisend charges by billable contact, which is not so bad. However, they also charges for nonsubscribers, who you will not be legally allowed to email. They also charge for customers with no email or phone number, who have not opted out of any email or text.
In addition, they charge for SMS contacts even if you don't have SMS enabled.
If you keep your billable contacts low by consistently thinning down your worse performing segments, this is a pretty good service. Otherwise you will find your fees hiking very very quickly.
