I have just started up with email marketing. Happy with the quick and fast service offered by Beran. Beran guided me with a personalized video targeting the specific issue I was dealing with. He was happy to guide me step by step. He was kind enough to test emails to check if they were working swiftly and precisely. Happy that my issue is resolved. So, far I am loving the app and the awesome service Omnisend offers. Thank you for helping me with email marketing and growing my store. Highly recommend!

Beran from support was very friendly and professional.
I looked at several email marketing apps and decided that Omnisend had the most features for the price was the most user friendly of the ones I looked at in my opinion. That was really important to me as is what kind of support the company offers. I recently needed some help with an issue I was having and Karine in support was both courteous and knowledgeable as well as patient. My computereze isn't that great but she managed to figure out what I was trying to explain to her and helped me fix it in no time. I would definitely recommend the Omnisend app.

I had an issue with linking the correct FB link to my Omnisend account and Barrath stayed with me every step of the way to make sure I completed everything correctly. He even took the time to create screen recordings for me so that I can have a visual walk through. We need more employees like him. Thanks again for all that you do.
Their automations don't work, and customer support is awful. I sent them a screenshot of their own app (the flow creation section), clear and precise and they said it's not part of their app but a screenshot of Shopify. After sending them the link they admitted it was their app. The customer support haven't even used the app themselves obviously.
Deleted and Installed the app twice, and tested a simple abandoned cart recovery automation multiple times and it doesn't work. Customer support is little to no help. Only a waste of time.
Their email editor is also broken. You have to refresh it every minute because it stops responding and gets stuck. Wasting lots of hours when making an automation flow.
We are moving to a better marketing app. Think twice before spending hours creating automations and flows that won't work.
