Good templates, not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Not sure it's worth it as i'm still using it only for cart recovery and never compare it to other apps.
But this "Reviews" feature you advertise is THE MOST S*** you can come with! And you even compare your "features" with other apps with years on the market?
Here is my honest feedback.
Before asking others to switch, at least learn what is actually important for the customers - review feeds, google rich snippets, google product ratings, google seller ratings and so on.
You simply have an email servers that send to collect feedback. That's it.
Oh, an display the feedback too :D
I really hope you didn't able to get more customers confused with your sh*t as the damage your app can cause may take months to recover.

Easy to use and a much more affordable option than some of the others I looked at. Their help chat is top notch.
The worst app I ever deal with I been trying for the last 10 days to get support or anything all what I got is nothing
They charge me 718 to use sms services and they send me email that I can’t use the sms service and they refuse to refund me
They charge me every month 988$ witch is Mailchimp charge only 400 $ for 1.2m email
Still till now no support no money back and also they charge me for the last 4 month 160 extra for sms that I couldn’t use

Sanya was the greatest customer service experience I have ever had. Even through me wanting to give up on my problem, she stuck it through and really helped me out. Something that takes days for other people having to go through shopify support etc.. Sanya helped me solve in 5 minutes, EVEN LESS!! thank you so much Sanya!
