Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Omnisend is intuitive and easy to set up to get your email marketing going. For beginners, it offers a lot of out-of-the-box functionality for email streams that are critical to keep your customers engaged and loyal. I love it for that.

The tool has awesome features like the product picker to help you showcase products in your emails. In my humble opinion, it could use some UI improvement to make it easier to select more than 1 product at a time. That part is too manual, I think, which discourages me from using it often. It's also not intuitive. I give their product picker 3.5-4 stars.

They integrate with popular apps, none of which I use, unfortunately. I know they are expanding their integration portfolio and for that I'm happy. So I give integrations 4 stars.

Their customer service is outstanding. They get 5 stars. They're quick to respond and very receptive to feedback on how and where to improve the product to keep clients satisfied. It's apparent they tie their customer's success with their success, and I like that.

Overall, I give Omnisend 4.5 stars. So I'm rounding up to 5 because 4.5 stars is not an option.

It's a solid app that makes marketing a much more enjoyable experience. Great work.. keep it up!

Very easy to use and preview before sending anything to customers.

I have a newer shop, but Omnisend was one of the first apps that I added to my store and it has been incredible. The selection of automation they have is incredible, but nowhere near as good as their support team. They are so fast to respond, always available and have been extremely helpful with every question I have had. There hasn't been a single question left unanswered. Huge thanks to everyone on their support team that has helped me, Sanya, Dilara, Diego and Deniz! All amazing and went above and beyond. Grateful to have this tool to assist my business.

Andres was amazing and replied so quickly as i was having a hard time navigating the site. Super helpful, and kind! Definitely recommend this app even more now with the great customer service I received!

Karine answered my questions quickly as I was playing around with the app. Haven't used it for my business yet, but for now it is definitely the best one I have tried.

Omnisend's video and written support is solid. Omnisend's responsiveness to questions has been excellent.
