Really nice app. It helped me bigtime by saving my time creating welcome e-mails and abandoned cart emails. Thank you guys!
But, it is unclear how to contact support. Only support I seem to get is FAQ, but there aren't the answers I need.

I am new to Omnisend and transitioning from a few other apps- this can be an overwhelming task especially in the middle of busy season. Marketing is daunting on it's own for small business owners and I had QUESTIONS! Kamilia was patient, kind and answered everything in detail while providing more than i asked for. The app itself seems to be well designed and I look forward to exploring it more. So far so good, top notch customer service is something that I look for because sometimes you just need a person to help, not a bot.
