Great app, very useful functionality, easy interface, great support, and works and functions as advertised. It's like having an email autoresponder system!!! I would recommend this app to all shopify store owners that are trying to build their email list.
I sell expensive products which are rare, so it is critical for me to send out the new products every day to my subscribers. This app solves my problem with the click and create newsletter function. Fantastic, keep going guys :)
i had some one set up my automation and it stopped working. so i aksed omni support if they could fix, they logged on and fixed straight away . great response time and great customer service.
Initial customer support was slow, and they passed me through a couple different people who didn't seem to know how to solve my problem, which was frustrating. Thankfully though, they put me in touch with Luiz, one of their tech support crew, who sat with me for an hour and helped me figure out the problem with my newsletter form. Give them a try!
