Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Like it so far, just wish the lowest paid plan was a little cheaper. Trying to keep overhead costs as low as possible. It's a lot easier to use than mail chimp.

I Absolutely LOVE this app. It allows for 3 things. First I can send email marketing, but it's not just me sending a bland looking text file. They have tons of easy to use drag and drop options to help make the email look really professional and well put together. I've tried doing this on my own before and the results were really bad looking (it kind of looked like my 9th grade chemistry report where we got to use clip art for the first time ever...., lol). With this app it actually looks like you'd expect a promo email to look.

Second, it lets me create a nice looking pop up on my website that encourages people to opt in to my mailing list. I couple this with an incentive discount, and it works really well .

Third it lets me place a static tab at the bottom of the page window that people can click on to subscribe. This allows you to get GOOD subscribers (ie people who want to be subscribed) without having to depend on them reading a popup (which most of us reflexively close) or get all the way to the checkout process. Currently my signup rate (which the app shows) is about 10x higher for the this method than it is for the popup.

Also, I've only contacted their customer service once, and they were super fast and had the exact information I was looking for.

It's a good app, and if you're toying with the idea of trying a marketing app or not sure which one to go with then just give this one a shot. You'll be happy with it.

I just migrated from another platform, and am very happy with Onmisend. It's generally very intuitive and easy to use, and I LOVE how easy it is to customize the emails! I've found their chat support to be extremely fast to respond and very helpful, especially as I've been navigating the transition and trying to get all my automations moved over as quickly as possible. Their support team is awesome- it's only been a few days and I've chatted with Maria, Sila, Deniz, Didam, and Stefan.

I tried a few other apps previously. I must say this is by far the most user-friendly app! Omnisend helped me with a fast setup of an email workflow plus sent a campaign in a matter of an hour! Perfect for small business or start up who doesn't have a long email list yet.

I enjoy how the templates are set in placed and you can easily add products to your email templates via the app. No need to upload images, copy and paste links etc!
I think as i grow i will definitely continue using this app!

I just wanted to let you know that you guys are awesome! With the help of Soundest I got my first sale in the launch day. I used to work with Mailchimp but your app looked so easy to install to my Shopify store and had so powerful and easy to set up features that I couldn't help but gave it a try. And I never regretted it!

I had about 4k list of pretty unengaged followers and my store was just about to launch. My first email was just me introducing the new venture, second email was showing some of my products and third one was announcing the upcoming launch. I use your free version for now so I used pretty much all the limit (about 13000 emails) and my open rate was from 7% to 13% and click through rate was below 0,25%. But! It didn't disappoint me at all! First, I like to communicate with my audience and I got about 10 people who emailed me back saying they were waiting for our launch. Second, within seconds I created a segment made up with people who opened my previous emails which was about 600 people total. So in the launch day, when I sent the final email to the segment I mentioned earlier, I got more than 50% open rate which ended up with about 50 people visiting my website and voila! my first sale!

So thanks a lot for what you do. I will recommend your app to everybody interested in eCommerce that I know.

Omnisend makes it really easy to create email campaigns. Their templates allow plenty of customization and are easy to navigate. Overall great experience!
