I've had the weirdest experience with this app. I installed this for my store a couple months ago, but haven't made any sales because I haven't done any marketing so I kept it at the free plan for months while I learned marketing. When I checked the analytics, I found that I have maxed out the email contacts that I can have... and I had over a THOUSAND contacts.
Even though I only had around 400 website visits.
I started deleting contacts, and found that more was added when I refreshed the page. It was a mixture of different kinds of email addresses, like @gmails and @aols and .txts.
And when I tried to bulk delete them, Omnisend said that they would charge $2 for deleting them.
This is extremely shady. Basically a dishonest tactic to get people to choose the paid plans by using robot emails. If Omnisend can't produce sales without resorting to unethical tactics, then it shouldn't be a company.

Omnisend has been a great app and the customer service from Agustin was fantastic in helping me get the requirements done for the February 2024 email marketing update. I've setup Shopify sites for other businesses in the past and always suggest they use Omnisend. I highly recommend!
I think Omnisend is the smothest platform to deal with in the sms and email world, and their 24/7 chat team is very helpful as well. My assistant was Karine, she helped me resolve my problem when I thought there was no way.
Simple flows, quick to get up and running and when you run into a road block its nice to have chat support answer quickly :) Both Karine & Eduarda provided amazing support.

Worked with Agustin who helped answer my questions even providing screen shots to help me know how to navigate my question. Very good customer service. I hope their email performance is just as good since I haven't started sending emails yet, but I am pretty optimistic!

Great product, works well. Support is a breeze. We had an issue with verification of emails for sending using the new DMARK/DKIM setup, but Maria helped us solve it in a blink. Top support, great product.
