Tech support was a mixed bag. The first agent was clearly at the end of their shift and didn’t seem too bothered.

But then Johnny 5 stepped in and saved the day! He helped me fix all my DNS issues and was genuinely helpful.

The way i was helped by Maria to set up automated welcoming mail and DNS settings in my shopify was incredible! step by step and patiently I was helped through the whole process. This app has amazing feautures and I'm so ready to use and discover them all ! big ups to Omnisend and MARIA !

I have been very impressed with the service received by the Omnisend team. They are knowledgeable and quick to sort out any problem. I am not very technical and found them really supportive and helpful. I trusted they would be able to help me and they did. Thanks to Johnny but there were others that were equally great!

This app is easy to use and has a lot of templates available in it. What's interesting is the ability to adjust your user segmentation to any situation, delivering the content you want to communicate precisely to the users you want to receive it. The data is also very clear and easy to organize.
I am thankful to Omnisent's customer service team, Baarath as well as the rest of the guys were very patient in answering all my questions and solving my confusion on customer segmentation. You all are great!
