I've used Omnisend previously, I deleted and used another app, however I am back!! Omnisend provided the BEST results for signups! I LOVE IT!! It's super easy to use and can't imagine leaving again!

Sanya has been a big help in assisting me with setting up SMS. I am totally new to the SMS marketing world and was very confused and losing hope that I wouldn't have been able to get it to work. Sanya was able to give me tips on how to set up my automations and even helped me something that was so simple that I didn't even realize it myself. I am so thankful of her!

As someone who has never run a product-based business or ecommerce before, the past three months have been a massive learning curve for me, and the number of things I don't know seems to grow daily. I am so appreciative of Omnisend as a result, because of the free plan (so that you're not bleeding money when you're still getting set up and started), the integrated reviews app (which connects to the email flows, and yet again saves me from bleeding money when I'm not marketing or making sales yet), and the kind customer support. I've had several questions while I've been setting up flows, forms, and reviews, and the team have been patient, polite, and responsive. They even emailed when I didn't reply to the chat to check whether I still needed help. I've especially appreciated their patience with what would probably be considered stupid questions. I'm still new to Omnisend, but I've had a very positive experience so far.

Great!
App is awesome, customer service is 5/5.
The free plan lets you do quite a lot, I will not hesitate to upgrade when I reach the email limit.

I went on the app because I needed to email my customers. I received a message that there were issues with my DNS. Kayque helped me to understand what I needed to do to resolve my issues. He double-checked what I had done and said I was good to go. I'm very thankful to him and all the support I've received over the years from the Omnisend tech support staff.

Dilara was extremely helpful with assisting me with understanding automations + form features. Not only was Dilara super kind and patient but she took the time to listen to what I needed help with and solved the problem the first time around. Step by step easy video response. straight forward. I'm very happy with Omnisend. I was using the service on my Big Commerce store and, subsequently, continued with them when we migrated over to Shopify. We did run into some issues in terms of the migration of Omnisend from Big Commerce to Shopfiy, but Kayque, the agent who initially addressed my issues, continued to follow up with e-mail until our issues were resolved and Omnisend was fully functioning on our new Shopify store. So, that is evidence enough for me to both strongly recommend Omnisend but to also continue working with the company for the foreseeable future.
