We recently subscribed to the best plan of Soundest and I must say it is so worth it! They have so many options for us. E-mails are so easy to set up and automatically send out. Our new favorite is Cart Recovery and Welcome Letter. We had a slight issues with the layout of our coupon box on our page, but Soundest fixed it as soon as they received my message. Couldn't recommend this app more!

Best email service that I've used so far.
Gives clear step-by-step instructions for information input and processes. I do not have a physical store, so the only thing I didn't like was that it requires a street and posts it at the bottom of the email page. Otherwise, great learning experience, integrates well so far with Shopify.
This is the best email marketing app that I have ever used hands down. Email Automation is all that is needed said when talking about Omnisend.
