I have been very impressed with the service received by the Omnisend team. They are knowledgeable and quick to sort out any problem. I am not very technical and found them really supportive and helpful. I trusted they would be able to help me and they did. Thanks to Johnny but there were others that were equally great!

Sanya has been a big help in assisting me with setting up SMS. I am totally new to the SMS marketing world and was very confused and losing hope that I wouldn't have been able to get it to work. Sanya was able to give me tips on how to set up my automations and even helped me something that was so simple that I didn't even realize it myself. I am so thankful of her!

I had issues with SPF verification and Sanya was very helpful. The problem was resolved in very little time without keeping me waiting. Thank you for the recommendations too.

Mariia was great; super helpful and offered objective advice which suited the need of my brand, rather than the need of the software. Really helpful and would recommend. Omnisend is a great app, and whilst it takes some time to learn your way around it (for me as a new business owner anyway), it really is proving to be a great addition to my company.

I'm going to share my experience of the assistance I received from Sila of the omnisend platform. She helped me set up my domain authentication and register DNS changes. She brought an added value on the activity expected from her; I appreciated a lot

Thank you Mathías: BEST CUSTOMER CHAT SERVICE i have ever experienced. I've had many chat customer support experiences, by talking to Mathías was by far one of the best i've ever had. (no waiting line) Explanations are very precise & in a friendly way. He thinks along with the problems that I had and gave me some very useful insights. I just started my Omnisend account because I got stuck on another mailing platform (i was stuck on some things for a while...), but because of his explenations of the available features, which i will be using in the future, I will be building my mailing automation on Omnisend, which is now simply connected to my Shopify account (with his help). He also helped me with segmentations & much more. I'm still a free user but will be upgrading very soon. Please give this man a raise, he deserves it!

I contacted Didem today and i was really pleased. She answered all my questions with an extremely professional, patient and solution-oriented approach. I'm very happy with Omnisend. I was using the service on my Big Commerce store and, subsequently, continued with them when we migrated over to Shopify. We did run into some issues in terms of the migration of Omnisend from Big Commerce to Shopfiy, but Kayque, the agent who initially addressed my issues, continued to follow up with e-mail until our issues were resolved and Omnisend was fully functioning on our new Shopify store. So, that is evidence enough for me to both strongly recommend Omnisend but to also continue working with the company for the foreseeable future.
