I switched to Omnisend from their biggest competitor (their support was ridiculous). For someone who is new to email marketing Omnisend is perfect. Super intuitive, and their support team is top notch.

I have only just started using Omnisend, but have been extremely happy with the very quick and clear responses to any questions I have had, which has enabled me to make adjustments easily and complete set ups effortlessly.
The platform is easy to use, and moving forward I have no hesitation in exploring different options as I know I have instant help and backup should I get stuck.

very limited and overpriced email software. doesn't have basic functionality like dynamic discounts and just feels like and old email software overall. Use klaviyo if you want the best. Or use mailerlite or something if want a lower budget one. But DONT use omnisend

Had some great support today from Saleh in the online chat helping me through verification and setting up of DNS records - which is way over my technical capabilities!
He explained everything very well and managed to get the problem sorted, and I was very grateful and impressed.
