Kayque was a great help, and very informative about Omnisend email and sms application. I believe he resolved my issue under two minutes. Very kind and a great customer service representative! I would recommend Omnisend to my friends and already have.

This product has worked well. The list cleanup was good however do give yourself a little more time on that first campaign to get it out. After that, the sends are easy. Designer is good and Shopify integration works well.

Dilara was extremely helpful with assisting me with understanding automations + form features. Not only was Dilara super kind and patient but she took the time to listen to what I needed help with and solved the problem the first time around. Step by step easy video response. straight forward.
