So far, I'm really impressed. I switched over from Mailchimp for obvious reasons and I'm glad. This is so much more user friendly and there are many more features. Mailchimp can't compare.
I just sent out my first campaign. Easy to navigate and complete my Website Relaunch announcement. Also easy to integrate with my Shopify e-commerce site. So far so good! Just moved over from Mailchimp.
You guys are awesome and always ready to help! Your campaigns are so easy and it gives me all the information needed!

Email marketing can be confusing with rules and automation and I had a hard time understanding the flow. However, Sarah had made a tremendous effort in making sure everything was smooth sailing and had walked us through a step by step process to make sure we had achieved the goal that we wanted. Great customer service and is an easy app to use and operate with a quick drag and drop to customize your own email. Or you can choose from lots of other templates that are pre-made.
Mailchimp could learn from Omnisend. The product picker is a feature that's incredibly useful as no need for worrying over placement or alignment issues, really simple and user friendly assuming you're not a first timer. Well done!
This app has simplified my email marketing strategies, very seamless experience. I wish the product picker extended itself to more of creating email campaigns, as I had to manually enter the info.
