I'm going to share my experience of the assistance I received from Sila of the omnisend platform. She helped me set up my domain authentication and register DNS changes. She brought an added value on the activity expected from her; I appreciated a lot

Mariia was great; super helpful and offered objective advice which suited the need of my brand, rather than the need of the software. Really helpful and would recommend. Omnisend is a great app, and whilst it takes some time to learn your way around it (for me as a new business owner anyway), it really is proving to be a great addition to my company.

I'm very happy with Omnisend. I was using the service on my Big Commerce store and, subsequently, continued with them when we migrated over to Shopify. We did run into some issues in terms of the migration of Omnisend from Big Commerce to Shopfiy, but Kayque, the agent who initially addressed my issues, continued to follow up with e-mail until our issues were resolved and Omnisend was fully functioning on our new Shopify store. So, that is evidence enough for me to both strongly recommend Omnisend but to also continue working with the company for the foreseeable future.
