Soundest is amazing. I love looking at the summaries of how many of our emails were opened, had links clicked, and how many conversions we received. It is the easiest way to send out effective, neat looking email blasts from Shopify.

I required some assistance with form designs on Omnisend and I was connected with Daryna from Omnisend. She was a major help, acted as a bridge between me and the tech team and kept me in the loop, provided me with timely solutions and went out of her way to make sure I got the results I had visualized. Most affordable out there, especially for smaller shops. Their customer service is amazing. Luiz and others helped me with with a problem I had and Luiz didn't stop working with me until we got it resolved.

I waited until the charged me for this month to write this review. This app is easy to use and does what it says. My only complaint was that when it used to be Soundest I was being charged $75 for my plan, and when it changed to Omnisend the pricing went up and I guess goes up as your list of subscribers does. So now it is around $100 a month. Which would not be a problem but it would have been better if I was notified before the pricing went up. Other than that I think this app is still cheaper than others. I have tried another newsletter app before but felt as though it did not have as many features as this app.

It's affordable to small businesses, nice templates, great workflows much better than Klaviyo all round easier to use and better customer service.

Good app. Very functional.

The only reason for a four star review is a past encounter with a customer service representative named Veronika. Veronika was rude despite my 2 years of loyalty with Omnisend. Veronika treated me, a loyal customer, like crap and randomly decided to raise my prices by 250%. I strongly recommend using Omnisend however do your best to avoid talking to Veronika. If she messages you, do not respond.

UPDATE: Veronika is no longer working at Omnisend and therefore I have no complaints against this company. Veronika was a truly odious character however Omnisend fixed this problem.

Had a rocky road with Omnisend and despite all their preferred tools to get audience lists squeaky clean, their system has killed our eMarketing newsletter to thousands of original subscribers. This we cannot resolve however, that's only a fraction of what Omnisend can do, and we've still made ample use of more targeted user automations rather than the mass mailout. Customer service has always been fast if not completely helpful. My most recent experience with Salma proved both fast and most helpful, problem solved and back in business! If they fixed our email audience issues they might get a 4.25
