Can be very glitchy, don't know what happens that i sometimes don't get my customers time and date. Or I've tried testing on my own site, choose delivery in the first page, hit next, and it takes me to pick up??? It's great when it works, a huge pain for us and the customers when it doesn't.

Hello Stephanie, I hope you are doing well.
➝ So the other delivery method option you're seeing on the checkout page is from Shopify and you can check Settings > Shipping and delivery in Shopify.
➝ Our app is only working on the cart page and there is nothing our app does on the checkout page
➝ In the Shipping and Delivery uncheck the This location offers local pickup / This location offers local delivery options from the Local pickup and local Delivery.

The app functions great for our local delivery logistics, though it did need a lot of custom code tweaking to tailor it to our Cart/Checkout page and functionality. Fortunately, the developer is very responsive, finds the solution, and is quick to turnaround a request, very pleased...

Date & Time Required doesn't work. Customers would still go through checkout without selecting the date and time.

While the app is usable, it lacks certain features. For example we offer multiple shipping options and only need the app to work for one method of shipping. We also need the date and time slot picking to be mandatory because otherwise customers can bypass selecting the time slot. To be able to do both, we just needed the time slot picker to have an additional option that can be picked by those who do not need to pick a time. That way everyone can only checkout once they pick a time, whether it is for those requiring the time slot or not.

We tried to suggest this and a few more to the developers but for every suggestion, the answer is no, can't do. It's like they have no interest to improve the app at all. Oh well, once we find a better app we shall not be continuing with this. The two stars is for the frustration that came from trying to give you guys feedback.

I was excited to use this app to help limit orders per day. The problem is that it would glitch and allow customers to pick a day that was already maxed out. It would also sometimes allow them to chose a date that had already passed. I contacted customer service though shopify and 4 weeks later still there was no response from the developers.

Great customer service. The app is great too, super easy to set up and just the right features needed. I wish to see more feature such as Delivery date to display on the checkout pages. as well as multiple cut-off time.
