Very happy so far. Have been dealing with Geetika from support and she has been excellent, answered all of my questions quickly and is very knowledgeable. We have only just started using the app but is working as promised so far.

It's a fairly straight forward process but when i have needed help then It has been expertly given very quickly by Geetika. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and has even been helping me at 1am (her time) I have only just set up and still wait to see how the system works in the real world once sales start coming in and affecting inventory levels but so far I am impressed by the system and the very helpful support. So far so good, seems easy enough to use. Wish there was some more information in the Help section, however, the Customer Service is fast and helpful so anything I wasn't sure about was resolved.

Required phone support for transfer. Staff were very helpful in transfering listings to OnBuy store.
