Wow--I'm SO impressed. The customer service is fabulous. This is my first online shop venture and there are so many moving parts. Rissa stayed available to me throughout my entire session and not only helped me with configuration but also took the time to give me some insight on best practices, etc so I will get the most out of the technology. The function of this app is very powerful, there are different types of pop-up windows to choose from, and there are a lot of beautiful pop-up window themes, and the operation is also very simple. It is commendable that the service attitude of the customer service staff is very good. If you have any questions, you can consult at any time, and the reply is very timely. The only regret is that the rotation of the lucky wheel pop-up window takes too long, and customers may not have the patience to wait any longer. Hope to improve in the future.

I just switched from another email provider to ONE and I can't believe how wonderful their team is to work with! I had to create all new pop-ups and automated emails (I've never done this before - the person in charge of these things, recently left the company) so I had to learn from scratch. Both Patricia and Trish were amazing and never left my side! They walked me through everything! So far I'm loving this app and the team that created it!
