This app has everything in one that I've been looking for to really upgrade my site. If you are looking for something to meet all your marketing needs this is the app!
Customer Service is like chick-fil-a its amazing, I could not be more happy with this app it is also affordable and has a nice 10 day free trail
So far this app is marvelous! It's been easy to send email blasts to my customers and track analytics of them opening them. And there is a free edition which has been more than efficient for my start up company. I haven't tried the SMS feature yet, but it seems fairly straight forward. Oh and wonderful tech support which is needed for the non tech folk like me. Highly recommend!
I never left a review to anyone but Samantha was super good in helping and setting me up. She went the extra mile to fix the issues I was having. I highly Recommend it.

IT: Ottima applicazione, intuitiva ma allo stesso tempo completa: l'ho provata per iniziare a gestire le newsletter del nostro sito e l'ho trovata facile da usare sin da subito. Punto di forza l'assistenza: mi hanno contattato loro per sapere se avessi bisogno di qualcosa, mi serviva qualche chiarimento su alcuni particolari tecnici e sono stati super disponibili, veloci e precisi nel dirmi come procedere (con tanto di video ad hoc per ogni passaggio).
Ovviamente l'assistenza è in Inglese, ma la chat ha anche la funzione di traduzione automatica quindi per chi non mastica la lingua è comunque facile capirsi. ENG: Great app, intuitive but complete at the same time: i'd tried it to start managing the newsletter and I found it immediately easy to use. Strong point is the assistance: they contacted me asking if I need some kind of help to start, I needed technical assistance for some minor issues and the where super helpful, fast and precise (with also ad hoc video instructions).
I talked with Samantha on a couple different topics and she was SO helpful and willing to go the lengths to make a customer happy!
