Powerful social proof app especially that is free! Truly makes my site have that feeling of excitement while building confidence in my visitors to purchase. This app even offers a gamified email popup, all the essentials you need to increase conversions! Most importantly, Proof Factor's customer support is top notch, patient, very professional and prompt.

From installing to creating my first pop up it took me only a few minutes. After publising I instantly got a message from support and it was Maya. She reviewed my pop up and assisted me with small things I have missed. WHAT A FRIENDLY person! Oh my gosh sometimes you need friendlyness on the other side of the line to give you that extra boost! What an amazing team! Thanks Maya for your effort and for being so lovely!
The support team was awesome, they walked me through how to set up all their plugins and really took the time to make sure My store looked good. She even helped me incorporate my bran color scheme into the pop ups!

We've been using the pop up email subscription feature for some time now and we just discovered more services of theirs we want to take advantage of. We reached and they have been able to help us with ease! Lets see how it keeps going but so far we're pretty happy with the app and customer service
I use this app for my text marketing. It's great! it works well with other apps too. the customer service is excellent and the designers are awesome as well.

Lots of features in one app! Looking for an app that has multiple features instead of adding multiple apps and this has been very helpful. Trish from support was really patient and helpful with my questions as well!
I started using ONE and the most amazing thing is that it is complete free. That helps a lot small business like us. Support is fantastic and there a lot of features. One small problem is that using multiple languages at your store is that those apps can't provide that well. It doesn't really matter at the end.
