Do not waste your time and budget on this app. I installed One Pixel hoping for an optimized data tracking setup for my ad campaigns, but it turned out to be a disaster.
First, the data tracking is highly inaccurate. As seen in my Event Manager, the Event Match Quality for crucial events like "View content" dropped drastically to an unacceptable 3.3/10, triggering warning alerts from Meta. This terrible tracking completely messed up my optimization, throwing off Facebook’s algorithm and causing a massive waste of ad spend.
On top of that, it severely impacted my store's performance. The integration is poorly coded, creating glitches and slowdowns on my live pages.
An app designed for tracking should fix data attribution issues, not break them. Giving this 1 star because it did more harm than good to my business. Save your ad budget and find a more reliable alternative!

I hope the DEV team can "skin in the game" and consider sending more complete data. Currently, the "Browser ID (fbp)" and "Click ID (fbc)" fields are missing, causing Ads Manager to be slower to identify users.
This app only received an 8 out of 10 rating from EventsManager for its data submissions.
*Edite 16.3.2026: OnePixel has completed fixed this issues. I confirmed it.

Ricky from OnePixel deserves every bit of recognition. I've been struggling with TikTok pixel setup for days — went through multiple apps, tried manual installations, nothing worked. Ricky jumped in, diagnosed the issue immediately. His knowledge is next level and his patience is even better. This is the kind of support that makes you stick with an app forever. If you're on the fence about OnePixel — Ricky alone is reason enough to choose it. Absolute legend.
We only have downloaded the app so I can not give that a full review as of yet . But the customer service has been very good to help with some things I needed to sort out from my end .

We have used this app now for months works great! we had to reach out to support to make sure we set things up correctly and had Ricky who was wondering in assisting us. they got back to us in less than a minute and checked everything was ok and went further to test things for us to reassure we did everything ok
I tried one pixel before but it’s hard to navigate and they don’t have the option of separating pixels on every product, only app that does this in pixelify.

I have just installed the app. Installation and setting is cearly explained. But besides that I needed as well to talk to the team behind it to make shure that I set things correctly. For the first time Ricky gave me a clear and stright to the point answer. After that Julie helped me with understanding the set up and testing process. She answered all my questions promptly and clearly and due to this I have pixels installed and as well their team helped me to check if everything is working. The app itself is an all-in-one pixel tracking solution that allows to easily add multiple pixels to your Shopify website with conversion-API support. Thank you guys for great support and great app.
