OptiMonk: Popup, CRO, A/B Test , 823 reviews

Zsofi's support has been unreal. We wanted to launch a really complicated AB testing solution with two totally different forms. Not only was that possible via the cookie splitting beta but I also wanted som technical custom JavaScript work to send a date stamp into our CRM so we could report on lifetime value based on pop source without it being overwritten if the user happened to see multiple pops in our testing roadmap. The support team gave me custom code along with screenshots of exactly how to build the hidden field all within less than a couple of hours. Easily the best tool to grow your email lists with such a huge template library with best practices. If the app can't do it you can bet their support will make a solution. Thanks guys, so excited to have you as a partner.

I've been using another app for email/popups and such but couldn't drop pixel in code for tracking. Tried Optimonk and dropped in pixel. Wanted to create email collector popup and thank you but just didn't have time before campaign to learn all the graphic placement stuff. Jumped in Chat with Chris and he actually took the time to build my two pages (even recreating my background image so that it would be more effective. WoW! Chris you are awesome ~ great customer service. Now that I've worked a little more with the app there's nothing I can say except join up and get to work. Highly recommend Optimonk.

I think by far this is one of the best there is when it comes to customer service and pop ups. its very easy to make a popup form and the team are always available to help with whatever issues i may be having. Chris has been very helpful and gives me great advice concerning my setups. The other memebers are very pleasant as well. Thank you guys, i wish that more application services were just like you, this makes my life more easy so i can focus on my business.

I'm relatively new to all of this (the Shopify universe, that is) but quite well-versed in all things web design & development related, and I can say without hesitation that OptiMonk outranks the others in its app category by a country mile. I tried at least four of the other top-rated pop-up apps, and OptiMonk blows them all out of the water, especially when considering the very logical and reasonable pricing plan. It is no easy task to design an app that offers both broad flexibility AND simple, intuitive usability. But that's exactly what OptiMonk has done. It is very impressive. Almost as impressive as their excellent and responsive Help Desk... Where can I invest?! Keep up the great work, guys

I used to work for a competitor of theirs that makes Popups with great A/B testing. Our targeting was a little more sophisticated (I could cookie people at will, target popups based on those cookies, target by referral addresses and query parameters, etc)

That said, I'm kicking the tires on new solutions and when I reached out to their support for help, they were SO fast and friendly to solve my issue. I LOVE that Optimonk integrates directly with Shopify, that really helps a lot.

If there's one feature I'd love to see on Optimonk, it's targeting by query parameter!

Just started using it but I'm very happy with it so far! I tried a few other apps to compare but I think I'm sticking with this one. Its very easy to use and set up campaigns. The customer service chat works great- Sarah helped me- and they send a response to your email if they are not available at the time you send a message.

This app is really easy to use. If you're new to Shopify, then this app will be a good starting point. It works great for people who have experience with Shopify as well. So far it has helped me save several orders. The setup is simple and the reporting is very helpful. Plus their customer service is very responsive.

So far, I've been using Optimonk for a few weeks, and it's been relatively easy to set up and get going. I requested to remove the Optimonk branding even on my free account and they got back to me very quickly and without question or requiring me to upgrade to a paid account, they removed the branding from all my pop-ups and surveys. So far, I've had no issues with the app and customer service has been great. A little bit of a learning curve, but that's only because my tech skills aren't the greatest, but even still, it's fairly easy to set up and use. Great app, highly recommend!

I am super-delighted to have found this app! I just like it's pre-made templates; they are better compared to other marketing apps especially that there is a choice of who to see the campaigns. I hope it will make a difference in my store!
