Great app. Creating catalogs using socioh saves so much time and have higher CTR. Used to stay up till midnight to update catalogs when my sales started/ended, they have a feature to schedule that - that's why i installed in the first place.
Performance of their suggested ads is better than my previous ads, and their value based lookalikes on my past order data are performing better than all my previous lookalikes.
Best part is that the team is very helpful. There was an option to book a call, so I did - talked to Karan, the founder and he explained everything. Bhuvi helped me set everything up and has helped me with campaigns multiple times.

We had an inconsistent performance with our Facebook & Instagram ads and we were struggling to scale our ads beyond a point before using Socioh. We heard about the app in one of the facebook communities and wanted to give it a try. We are using the app from past couple of months and we are extremely happy with our ads performance. It is a lot more consistent and predictable, we are able to scale our ads using Socioh’s audiences and branded catalogs have been real help in optimizing our retargeting funnel. Our spend has gone up almost 3x in last couple of months and we have seen an increase of around 38% in our Click through rates with a consistent ROAS.

Karan, Tarun, Sahiba and Dheeraj have simply provided the BEST support we have seen so far on Shopify App since 2012! Their knowledge on FB / IG is quite impressive. Not only they were able to bring so much value to our DPAs by giving them a unique look. They were also able to solve our catalog issues that no one else were able to do in the past year. Socioh is a must to every merchant who is looking to increase their ROAS by getting amazing audience and campaign creation tools. They basically make everything much easier in terms of advertising :)

I'm not the type to right reviews but this app is worth it! Once you link your fb and instagram, set your days and times; it will promote for you! I literally took a week off from promoting and let them do the hard work, I swear to god, on my life and kids life; my store views shot up over 50-60 people a day!!!

I started using this app in my Etsy shop (am still using!) When I opened my Shopify site, I tried another promoting app on a recommendation, after a day I thought...this is really silly, use what you already know works! So I moved to Orange Twig. I love this app, it's SO diverse!
Here's what I have to say about this app...
1. Reasonable prices, more than one package to choose from.
2. GREAT designs for shop/site sales and marketing promotions! I receive compliments from people on different social media sites for the layouts they're seeing!
3. It really drives traffic to my shop/site. My sales (on Etsy, I just set up my Shopify site a few days ago,) have increased tremendously since I started using this app.
4. GREAT customer service!
5. Love the auto-pilot promoting feature. Set it and go!
