First time user of Pickup. I chose this app after I tried another one that I found clunky and difficult to set up. More importantly, Pickup offered a live video assistance and that's what really help me get set up and get going. During the 1-1 video meeting, I worked with Manaz and not only did he patiently walk me through setting up the app with all my delivery/shipping/pickup options, he also proactively helped fix some bugs in the system that he knew about (like something not loading properly on the slide out cart page). Additionally, Manaz gave me a bit more of his time and helped me customize a few small but very important details of the checkout process to make it clear and seamless for my customers.
