Pickup Delivery Date Pickeasy

Really easy to use and the customer service is out of this world. We are using it with ShipX and didn't have it set up right - the team have helped me via LiveChat and have solved any queries or issues I've had then and there. Very happy so far 10/10

We run a chilled meat delivery business, so getting delivery dates right matters more for us than most. Pickeasy handles the date and time slot selection, and it captures delivery instructions against every order, which has saved us going back and forth with customers after they've ordered.

We hit a problem where the rates we'd set up in the app weren't appearing at checkout. Manaz from support came back quickly and worked out the cause straight away: the Carrier Calculated Shipping API wasn't enabled on our Shopify plan, so Shopify was never fetching the app's rates. He sent through a guide covering exactly how to get it switched on. A specific, accurate answer rather than a generic reply, which is rarer than it should be.

Good app, and support that actually diagnoses things.

Great help, features are easy to use and the support is helpful.
I can adapt the order days and closing days easily so I don't have any customers expecting a cake on a day I'm away. 10/10

Subiksha has been very helpful, the app was easy to use and easy to set up. I had a call with Subiksha who explained everything which was very helpful. The features on the app was very helpful to our business to allow us to override timeframes for certain products.

Great customer service from Subiksha. Great features like product limit per ordering day, cut-off & prep times. I have not used the rates since you need to upgrade Shopify plans unfortunately for that.

Pickeasy has been a brilliant addition to our store.
