Subiksha was very quick and helpful with the setting up process. The experience was very smooth and easy. The app looks very clean and fixed our checkout issues from the previous app whereby customers could still checkout without selecting a delivery or pickup option.

After setting up, Vinduja helped me set up the rates with a lot of patience. We are still in the trial stage, but with the experience thus far, we would certainly continue with this app.

Pickeasy is an app that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is very customisable and has the basic features we require.
Two times I've run into issues and both times the issue was resolved within 12 hours.

Note that the app language is not the same as the language on the website. It is possible to make your own translations to other languages.

Great Customer Service and everything is super easy once you learn to implement and use the app.

Manaz was very helpful in getting Pickeasy set up for our plant nursery store to allow our customers to select a date and time for pickup. He made additional suggestions that were helpful to make our site and customer experience better.

This app is perfect for my business that does pop up shops where customers can pickup presale items and also ships diretly to non local customers.
