Unable to use full capabilities as explained Pickeasy's help documentation. Pickeasy requires the CCS API. Although Pickeasy's help documentation says that this can be added by a Shopify admin through live chat, the information Pickeasy provides is not fully accurate. The plan I am on does not allow me to have access to the CCS API, even by paying an extra $20/mo to Shopify. I would need to pay a minimum of $100/mo extra to Shopify (in addition to the Pickeasy fees) to be able to fully implement the Pickeasy app.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Just to clarify, the Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) API is a requirement from Shopify, not from our app. It’s only needed if you want to set your own delivery or shipping rates inside Pickeasy — otherwise, you can use all core features without it.
We’ve clearly mentioned this in our in-app banner and User Guide since Shopify controls the pricing and eligibility for the CCS API. I completely understand how confusing this can be and truly wish it were something we could control directly.
If you’re open to it, I’d love to personally check if your store really needs the CCS API or suggest other workarounds that don’t require it. Please reply to our email from connect@logbase.io, and I’ll be happy to help right away.

I tried to set up pickup and delivery on my own and was struggling with it. I scheduled a free Zoom call to help with set up and Manaz helped me. He was so wonderful and helpful! Not only did he quickly set everything up, he also went steps further to edit some of my website code to make the checkout options look nicer for me. I really appreciated talking with him and my pickup/delivery options look great now!
