Love the little updates they have been making, This has really helped my business in sending automated emails to my customers.

Excellent addition to our store. Having a bespoke product, our lead times are quite long, i was spending massive amounts of time answering peoples requests for updates. These request have fallen by around 90% since instal.

As a custom apparel producer, I needed an application that would allow me to communicate the various stages and delivery timelines of orders to my customers. StatusPro is the ultimate solution. It runs smoothly and is easy to use (though you need to have a basic understanding of Shopify orders, tags, etc.).
Every time I think, "I wish there was a feature to further improve customer communication and order management," I dive into the settings and discover that the feature is already there, ready to use!
The updates are excellent, and the support is outstanding. I contacted them once after more than six months of use, and they responded immediately with the perfect solution to my query.

This app is incredible!! So simple to use and setup, and any questions we had the developer Daryl was exceptionally speedy and gave step by step help.
We integrated this with our ERP system as we manufacture furniture, so we wanted give updates as to orders were started in factory as well complete. We did this by tagging the orders as they went throgub different trigger points. So far working like a charm and has cut down our customer queries on where there order is and when can they receive it
